Participate in activities on collaboration for RFID benchmarking and consortium
with CASIA member

Dr. Shing Chi Cheung, the Project Co-ordinator, went to Beijing for activities on collaboration for RFID benchmarking and consortium with the project’s consortium member CASIA. Dr. Cheung visited the RFID testing facilities and discussed the test procedures carried out at CASIA. He also updated CASIA the latest project status and findings at HKUST. The visit was successful. To establish closer collaboration, two CASIA project team members will visit HKUST to jointly deploy the benchmarking methodology, and a public consortium event jointly organized by HKUST and CASIA in the Fall of 2009 is planned.
